Twelve milestones from protocol foundation to release candidate. Each step builds on the last. No step ships until it is honest.

H-01 Node API boundary — separate Keep logic from identity DONE

H-02 Node storage abstraction — pluggable backends DONE

H-03 Node configuration isolation — per-node config, no global state DONE

H-04 Node identity routing — any identity can run on any node DONE

H-05 Identity-neutral integration — full sweep passes with multiple identities DONE

H-06 Encrypted Vault — per-object AES-256-GCM encryption with Ed25519 key wrapping DONE

H-07 Authoritative revocation sync — revocations propagate and converge across offline/online nodes IN PROGRESS

H-08 Desktop production integration — Tauri app with real Keep backend PLANNED

H-09 Android production integration — Kotlin app with UniFFI bindings PLANNED

H-10 CI, artifacts, supply-chain — automated builds, signed releases DONE
